About Me
I can say with absolute certainty "I’ve been there, done that and got the t-shirt"
The knowledge I share with my female clients is based upon my own experience in setting up, running and selling businesses. I understand the challenges of turning a hobby into a profitable enterprise, juggling children, homelife and work, taking on staff, trying to visualise an empire when you're sitting at your kitchen table, middle age mind fog and so much more.
Whilst working as a marketing consultant in 1999 and unable to find anyone suitable to look after my Dalmatian puppy, I started a business organising holidays for dogs. People thought I was Barking Mad and so that was the name I gave my business. I grew the company via franchising from our HQ in Kirkby Lonsdale, Lancashire. When we reached 76 franchisees in 2016, I sold the business to a Plc. I left in 2019 to build 2 holiday cottages at home. With the cottages now thriving, I have more time to focus on empowering businesswomen to pursue the life they desire through mentoring and coaching

My one to one mentoring is often a transformative experience, providing personalised guidance and support tailored to individual needs and challenges. I’m able to help women navigate the complexities of starting and growing a business, from developing a strong business plan to managing finances and marketing effectively.
I serve as role model and a sounding board, offering valuable insights drawn from my own experiences. Money Mindset Workshop - More dates coming soon!
This workshop is all about helping you avoid making BIG pricing mistakes in your business. It aims to tackle both Money and Mindset and the importance of financial independence. As a female business owner and fellow woman who wants to see other women succeed, I urge you to charge correctly for your products and services and to do so with confidence. This workshop is a 101 on getting started with tools on how to implement a better pricing strategy into your business straight away.
You can expect to walk away from this workshop with an understanding of the fulfilling benefits that you can give yourself an income to contribute into a pension pot, to pay for further education (adding value for your clients) and cover the costs of running your business. In addition, I will answer questions about client objections, discounts and competitors.
We often put our own needs aside for our family, friends and even our customers. It feels uncomfortable to allow yourself the time, love, space and money we know we need, but without prioritising this can prevent our businesses and ourselves from realising our full potential.

Simplifying things, the rate is £750 per day or £125 per hour. Upon request, project pricing is available for financial transparency, and a monthly retainer option is offered for ongoing support.
